Transition

I haven’t had a chance to blog for a while as I’ve been in transition back to Belfast and started at Belfast City Airport. It all went relatively smoothly. Joy flew over to accompany me on the long drive and boat journey back to Ireland, which I really appreciated. I have been finding my feet in my new job for the past four days, all seems pretty straightforward though.

It’s amazing looking back at the last few weeks and how things have changed so quickly, I can see how God has been looking after me and only revealing as much of his plan as I can handle. Just over a month ago I didn’t even know that I could be working at Belfast City Airport now. I didn’t know what I was going to do when I got to Belfast but I just trusted that it was in God’s hands and so it has been.

There’s still a lot to sort out, will this Air Traffic Control Assistants post lead to anything? Where will I live on a more permanent basis? Will I be able to keep up my Renewable Energy course while working in a new job? Will Joy end up getting sick of me being around all the time instead of popping over from London from time to time!? But, it’s good to look at what has happened in this process of finding my feet in Ireland and be thankful for what has happened and pray for more trust in what will happen in the future.
